Our expertise in composite manufacturing allows us to produce lightweight, high-strength components essential for demanding applications in aerospace and defense. We work with a variety of advanced composite materials to deliver solutions that offer superior performance characteristics compared to traditional materials.
Our capabilities encompass the entire composite manufacturing process, from mold tooling design and fabrication, precision cutting on our pattern cutter, to loading molds and pressing material in our heated platen presses. We're able to work with chopped square molding compound for uncontrolled ply orientations or broadgoods through dixie cup pattern cutting to meet ply-oriented requirements.
