Our hydrostatic pressure testing services can verify the structural integrity and leak resistance of your aerospace components. For many parts this is essential for ensuring safety and reliability in components that must withstand extreme pressures without failure.
We're able to test a variety of components, from the smallest 1” nozzle to large 36” diameter cases. We exclusively use water as the testing medium which acts as a safe and non-compressible fluid to apply pressure. Our pump can reach pressures greater than 3,500psi which can meet almost all standard hydrostatic testing requirements. If there's any concern with rust from a water medium, we can also grit blast any surfaces that were tested which will quickly remove light rust.
