RUBBER MOLDING

Scale Free Solutions offers advanced rubber molding capabilities to produce high-quality, durable components for critical applications. Whether this is rubber layup on a mandrel or a pressed part in a mold, we have the capability to take your drawing to reality. We're able to design and fabricate the tooling required to create your part and have the equipment to cure the rubber properly.

Our variety of autoclaves and heated platen presses allow us to process the smallest of insulators for an igniter bottle to the largest case insulators for a full scale motor. Our largest autoclave is 15' long by 5' OD and can handle even the largest of cases.

We have experience working with EPDM Aramid-filled rubber from multiple manufacturers. We’re also able to handle the associated processes to bond rubber insulators to metal components, including grit blasting, Chemlok application, and curing in our autoclaves for that final bond.
