SFS has a dedicated inspection facility that can measure up to 0.0002” precision. All of our manual inspection equipment is calibrated by a 3rd party calibration lab on an annual basis. In addition to traditional measurement techniques and equipment, SFS owns a Keyence optical comparator, which can inspect up to 12” x 8” x 4” parts rapidly and deliver a detailed inspection of up to 99 different dimensions in a matter of seconds, and a Keyence CMM with a measurement area of 3'x2'x15" which can do 3D and GD&T measurements. By utilizing the latest inspection technology, SFS is able to reliably and accurately inspect every part to the client’s desired tolerance.
